1. Service is cancelled within 14 (fourteen) calendar days from the date of its order;
2. Service cancellation is immediate;
3. Support ticket is opened after cancellation is submitted;
4. Invoice was paid by PayPal, Stripe, iPay or Credit Card.
5. A 10% deduction will be applied to the total payment amount for bank and server management fees.

The 14 days money back guarantee does not apply for additional IP addresses, licenses, add funds transactions and other one-time payments.

All refunds are processed within 7 business days.
